Amazingly he noticed that I live in Krabi and is now going to send the stuff by EMS.
This is simply getting boring.
In a way it is totally symptomic of Thailand. They just don’t care about giving customer service. Another example, last year I was in Bangkok and wanted to buy a particular watch from a small store which had advertised a decent price.
Went in, “not in stock, supplier not have until next month”
OK, so I leave my email and telephone number saying when the watch is back in stock give me a call.
I have never received a call. Missed sale. Missed profit. Stupidity.
Maybe I am expecting too much? Like I should be the one driving their business and making the calls.
